Serve Day is an initiative organized by the Helotes Chamber Foundation designed to strengthen the bonds within our community through active volunteerism and support for local non-profits. This event brings together Chamber members, volunteers, local community and non-profit organizations for a day dedicated to service, collaboration, and making a positive impact.
Serve Day is all about lending a hand where it’s needed most and using our collective efforts to enhance the operations and reach of Helotes and surrounding area non-profits. Participants will engage in a variety of tasks based on the specific needs of each partnered non-profit. These activities could range from physical labor such as cleaning and landscaping to skilled tasks like organizing or decorating.
Serve Day is open to all non-profit members of the Helotes Chamber of Commerce who are in good standing. Non-profits who wish to benefit from this day must be Chamber members for at least six months and must submit a form detailing their needs and the tasks for which they seek volunteer support. This event is an excellent opportunity for Chamber members to give back to the community in a meaningful way while also engaging with other local businesses and non-profits.
Foster a spirit of community and cooperation among Chamber members and local and surrounding area non-profits.
