Request Ribbing Cutting

Opening a new business, relocating, or celebrating a milestone anniversary is an exciting achievement. The Helotes Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to support its members by providing planning and marketing assistance for these special occasions.

Ribbon cuttings are typically scheduled Monday -Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

PLEASE CONSIDER AS YOU ARE PLANNING THIS BIG EVENT

  • Engagement & Activities
    • Networking & Mingling: Provide opportunities for guests to connect
    • Business Tours: If applicable, offer a guided tour of your facility
    • Live Demonstrations: Showcase your products or services to engage guests
    • Guest Speaker or Special Recognition: Acknowledge key supporters or partners
  • Refreshments & Giveaways
    • Food & Drinks: Offer light refreshments, appetizers, or themed treats
    • Gift Bags or Swag: Provide branded merchandise or small giveaways
    • Door Prizes or Raffles: Encourage participation and excitement with fun prizes
  • Media & Follow-Up
    • Photography & Video: Capture moments to use in future marketing
    • Live Stream or Social Media Updates: Engage a broader audience by streaming on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn
    • Press Release & Thank You Notes: Send a follow-up press release and thank attendees for their support
