No prior experience is necessary. 

Tai Chi may help ease chronic pain. Tai Chi can benefit people with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, tension headaches, and other ongoing, painful conditions. Tai Chi can also help with your balance and confidence in your balance, overall muscle strength, joint health, flexibility, and improving coordination.
