Helotes Elementary School Annual Pawfest

On behalf of the Helotes Elementary School PT A. We are excited to announce that our annual Pawfest will be held on Friday. October 24, 2028. This much-anticipated event is not only a celebration of our school community but also our largest annual fundraiser and online silent auction, supporting vital programs and resources for our students.

To make this event a success, we rely on the generous support of businesses and individuals like you. In return for your support, your business will be recognized in our event materials and promoted to our school community as a valued sponsor.

There are a few ways to support us. Please let us know what may work best for you:

1. We are currently seeking donations for our silent auction, such as gift baskets, gift cards, services, or products.
2. Limited Sponsorships are being offered at the following levels:
   • $250 (12 available) – You will get a table to ma,:t<et your business at our event
   • $450 (1 available) – You will have a balloon artist at your table, where you can market your business at our event.
   • $500 – (1 Available) You will have a Face painter at your table where you can market your business at our event
   • $SOD – (1 Available) DJ.Sponsorship – Your Logo will be on DJ booth
   • $600 – (1 Available) LED Robot will have your logo on its chest and entertain for 1 hr and you will have a table where you can market your business at our event
3. Just make a straight Donation to the School

Helotes Elementary School PTA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our Tax ID number is 74-6086120.
