On March 14, 2026, the community rolls out in full force for the Cruisin’ for a Cause Car & Truck Show, proudly presented by Fair Oaks Emergency Room at 27638 IH‑10 West, Boerne, TX 78006. This isn’t just a show—it’s horsepower with a purpose.
From 10 am to 12 pm, bring your ride, register on‑site for $25 per vehicle, and fuel the mission of the American Heart Association. Then stick around from 12 pm to 2 pm as engines shine, stories are shared, and every vehicle helps drive lifesaving impact.
If you are a vendor or merchant that wants to display and sell your products, it’s only $50 to have a display table and we welcome all. Payment is available on site on the day of the event.
